We are seeking one front of house staff for each of the 12 performances of this family friendly, outdoor show that will be presented at both Memorial Park in North York and Kew Gardens in the Beaches this June. Thanks to the generous support from the Toronto Arts Council, the Toronto Arts Foundation, and Animating Toronto Parks program for making this possible!

Memorial Park Shows (22 Little Avenue):
June 19, 6pm-9pm (7pm show)
June 20, 6pm-9pm (7pm show)
June 21, 1pm-4pm (2pm show) AND 6pm-9pm (7pm Show)
June 22, 1pm-4pm (2pm show) AND 6pm-9pm (7pm Show)
Kew Garden Shows (2075 Queen St East):
June 25, 6pm-9pm (7pm show)
June 26, 6pm-9pm (7pm show)
June 27, 6pm-9pm (7pm show)
June 28, 1pm-4pm (2pm show) AND 6pm-9pm (7pm Show)
June 29, 1pm-4pm (2pm show)
RATE OF PAY
This job will be remunerated at $18/hour (please note we do not cover transport to/from each venue)
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally available on all show days and times (see above), but we are flexible if interested applicants are available for certain dates only (please describe)
Ability to work outside and assist with physical set up of box office space
Experience working front of house, box-office, or in patron-facing and customer service roles preferred
Experience with Square POS an asset
RESPONSIBILITIES
Light set up and tear down of Box Office “booth” at the outdoor locations
Checking in and situating patrons with reserved seating to their spots
Providing information to public-park passerbys about the production and company
Processing donations at the park (cash, card)
